As we all continue to deal with social distancing and nation-wide shutdowns, here are our favorite things to do!

Outdoor activities

  • Hiking, walking, biking, roller-blading

  • Be mindful to keep your distance and avoid high-use areas!

Virtual hangouts with friends and family

Passive Activities



Above ALL, listen to your body and what you need. If that’s sweets, eat your sweets. If it is to reorganize your whole house, feel empowered to do that. If it is to take your third nap of the day, I love it. Now is a time to be incredibly kind to yourselves.
